Alice’s Pesto Sauce

2 c. Fresh basil leaves

1c Raw cashews

1/4 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 c. Water

1 Clove of garlic

1 Tbs lemon juice

Salt and Pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients in the food processor and run until well mixed and smooth. You can use this over fresh tomatoes, over raw zucchini pasta, as a dip for veggies, or add more lemon juice and use it as salad dressing.
