3-4 Packages of mushrooms (you can use white or portobello)
drizzle with olive oil
season to taste with Mary-Ann’s seasoning salt (contact me to order this item)
add juice of 1/2 lemon
mix really well, place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate for about 15 hours on 105 degrees.
These are great to use on salads as croutons, add them to your raw pasta sauce and use in couscous….use your imagination.
